Press Release Body: Saratoga, CA - August 23, 2007.

Ops A La Carte, a noted reliability engineering and testing firm, is pleased and
proud to announce that it has attained a milestone. Summer 2007 brought Ops A La
Carte its 1000th client proposal, a goal reached in just over three years. This is a
remarkable achievement for such a young company, and Ops A La Carte wishes to thank
their clients for bringing them such success.

Ops A La Carte, which is based in California, quickly attained $1 million in sales,
experiencing tremendous growth almost immediately after its founding. Within the
last two years, major expansions have further increased Ops A La Carte's
capabilities. In Summer 2006 the company purchased the QualMark HALT Laboratory in
Santa Clara, CA, and now operates its HALT/HASS Laboratory. Summer 2007 brought even
more expansion when Ops A La Carte opened an office in Singapore. The Singapore
office is just the beginning of operations anticipated outside of the United States.
Managing Partner Mike Silverman has announced that Ops A La Carte is looking toward
further expansion into India in the near future. Another leap for Ops A La Carte
this past summer was the establishment of a new program, the Reliability Contractor
Division, which makes it possible for companies to put reliability engineers on
retainer and thus have an engineer available to them for longer spans of time, at
reasonable costs. This service, which is unusual but highly desirable for
manufacturers and developers, has given Ops A La Carte a seat at the cutting edge of
reliability engineering services.

The team that works alongside Mike Silverman has combined experience in reliability
testing and engineering stretching over decades. This tight network provides
consulting and training services to clients in numerous fields. In the aerospace and
defense industries, Ops A La Carte has provided testing services for NASA, the U.S.
Navy, and Raytheon, among others. In the biomedical arena, Ops A La Carte has worked
for Abbott Laboratories, Hewlett-Packard, and Siemens, to name a few. Ops A La Carte
works with companies specializing in airport security, cable/satellite operations,
computers, networking and network appliances, oil exploration, optical components,
PCB manufacturers, peripherals, power supplies, radio/microwave, semiconductors,
storage networking, telecom, and wireless networking. This wide-ranging client list
proves that Ops A La Carte is prepared to handle any challenges that come their way,
and they're proud to be able to serve this variety of clients. The experienced staff
is flexible and able to apply their knowledge and skill in numerous areas.

These qualities of being experienced and flexible are also what makes the training
seminars at Ops A La Carte such excellent opportunities for those who need
reliability training. These courses, which are held periodically (one recently began
in anticipation of the CRE exam to be held in October), have been great successes,
with high attendance and impressive test success rates.

For a company that is still in its youth, Ops A La Carte is proud to have enjoyed
such success and extends its thanks and gratitude to the clients who have made them
such a force in reliability testing today. Any company looking for guidance,
consulting services, or training expertise in the reliability engineering field is
welcome to contact Ops A La Carte. The company can be contacted through its website,
www.OpsALaCarte.com, or by telephone at 408-472-3889. To contact the HALT & HASS Lab
